A very special Custodian is needed to enjoy and contribute to a culture of high expectations and to support an environment where employees at every level does their part inspire and change the lives of our students.  Stepstone Academy seeks independent and reliable candidates with strong character, a passion for excellence.  Willing to be a model for students and work very hard to provide an environment that fosters student success.  The custodian will clean our small charter school, second shift, Monday – Friday, 2:30pm - 9pm in downtown Cleveland.  Use commercial cleaning equipment to perform light commercial cleaning duties.  Must work well independently.  He/she will have personal commitment to excellence and demonstrate a dedication to the mission and vision of Stepstone Academy.  Stepstone Academy values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Requires ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
