Training


We want to invest in you! We provide employee training to help you reach your career aspirations and avoid barriers to your success while helping you grow and thrive in your field. We also lead all new staff members through a paid agency orientation before they begin their positions in order to acquaint them with the overall culture and dynamics of the agency. We offer training several times per month, in both day and evening sessions, at one of the following two locations:

1. Cleveland Campus

3500 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland. OH 44115

2. Reinberger Chapel

202 E. Bagley Road, Berea, OH 44017

 

Ongoing Staff Development


We continuously offer CEU classes that help employees gain credits toward licensing and keep growing in their positions. We also provide comprehensive on-the-job training, to help enhance our employees’ work experience with us.
