Complete required paperwork, maintain documentation based on observations/interviews with applicants, submit thorough home study reports, among other duties. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree professional license (LSW), and ODJFS Tier One Adoption Assessor Training. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & proof of insurance are required.
