Empower unruly and/or delinquent youth to thrive beyond their current circumstances as your schedule permits (15-30 hours/week, part-time). Share your knowledge about adolescence, problem solving, behavior modification, educational attainment, job readiness, managing daily routines and acquiring other life skills. Work in the youth’s home teaching and advocating for them using a holistic, strengths-based model using your creativity and strong sense of public service. Paid training, excellent supervision, opportunity to advance to full time case manager! Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with high risk populations, adolescents, or special needs populations. Requires a HS diploma/GED, valid Ohio driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation and proof of insurance, age 21 or over. Ability to speak Spanish a strong plus!
