Direct Care Positions

Guide youth (ages 6-18) with behavioral health disorders through life’s challenges. Help them understand and communicate feelings, build social skills, solve problems, and make wise decisions. Be an informal, positive role model promoting social and emotional development.  Engage in activities that build upon their strengths and enhance self esteem. Provide stress relief and new ways for the family to interact with their troubled child productively.  Openings also available in Lorain County. Paid training, flexible hours, experience preferred.  Requires HS diploma/GED, age of 21 or over, a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
