Workforce Development Programming for Adults

The Lake County W.O.R.K. Program helps individuals seeking employment to develop work, retention and literacy skills, as well as an understanding of the professional world. Program participants have an opportunity to earn certificates in Computer Literacy for Microsoft Word and Excel as well as for Customer Service. The program is designed to provide the skills needed for industries with customer service positions in a retail, office or medical facility or industries with clerical positions in an office or medical facility.
